By the way, is there an easy way to post pics and stuff like that here? I have not figured it out yet.
I like to just put them on a site like photo bucket and just copy and paste that link.. They look better that way.

Wow...not good. I have no choice but to have the surgery. I have very limited use of my right arm.

John Rodriguez-Feo in Fairhope. He refuses to have a 2nd MRI done to prove that my tear is worse. I hope this doesn't become an issue in trying to get WC to approve. My list of who's going to get sued over all of is is starting to grow....

*faints*
I've been off work since Dec 3rd...I'm starting to go nuts. I've never been off work this long. I can barely ride my bike, can't ride my horses and everything is soooo hard/painful. This royally bites. So far, the Dept of Labor has been more helpful than anyone else to this point.

Thanks man, I really appreciate that. I'm walking in the dark here. The paperwork, the waiting, the processes, the....B.S!!! I'm worried about how long I'll be out of work. I want my life back. Any of that sound familiar?

Re: Last Ride of the year 12/30
all to familir.but i will tell you i had to get an attourny straight out the door.now i just let her do the dirty work but that is still a pain in the rear cause i have to stay on top of her all the time.but the big picture is that it always works out different for everybody.i know people that had no problems and was in and out like nothing even happened.the biggest problem is that in the state of alabama you have no rites when it come to wc and basically they can do whatever they wanna do and thats the problem.i will tell you that if it is that much of a pain for you or starts getting to be that much of a pain get an attourny and save yourself from the hassell of doing it all on your own.if it was not for my mother and my attourny i dont know where i would be at this point but evenwith their help it has still been a pain.and another thing with it being wc stay off that bike or that could realy put you in a bad way with wc if they find out.

Re: Last Ride of the year 12/30
The bike has spent most all of its time in my yard parked. I thought i would've had surgery by now and this was my after gift to me. I've put a call into an atty already. I've been screwed over more by the local people (my supervisor and post master) than anyone else...so far.
I'm an atty's nightmare...I have a bike, I own horses, I jazzercise 5 days/wk (one arm only, thank you).

But I need an atty that will take on a Federal case. Many won't touch me for that very reason.

Re: Last Ride of the year 12/30
I had a case a few years ago. Took around 3 /2 yrs to settle. So patience is a virtue and a lawyer is necessary. I got one that didnt collect unless I did, and still I got less money than the waiting times wages.
Re: Last Ride of the year 12/30
I'm just hoping to get on the other side of this fixed and without losing everything I own. The frustration level is waaaay up there.

Doesn't give me much hope. Maybe the union will help me protect my job... You'd think a federal employee would be treated better.
