I know where that one is and I want to make a ride down there any way. If it is not done before I get back home I will get the tag.

I told crispy I would mess with who ever made the tag. We were both there so we both tagged it. Not required. So have no fear. Just wanted to razz you a bit.

What happened to Thursday?

Had an electrical short in my power meter on my house. Damn near burned the house up. So I had to take care of that. But will get over and make the tag as soon as I can.

I too have been battling home "projects" Hayweed, that big rain a few weeks back flooded my house! Bad drainage issues, had to rebuild a couple old retaining walls, tear out carpet redo floors.....deal with mold...next step is installing french drains and gutter/down spouts .......all in do time ....and $. All part of refurb-ing a foreclosure home that sat empty for almost 3 years.....bought it for a song.....and a hell of a lot of elbow grease and ongoing repairs......should be worth it in the long run (I hope)

Dude, I know that song We did the same thing.. It was empty for 2 years, got it on a short sale, but needed work as you're having to deal with yourself.
The gutters had sat full of leaves, etc.. so we had water issues as well. Our biggest issues was not the maintenance issues that had not been done, water damage, etc.. its just that this is an older house and some things really needed updating, I have replaced the flooring in almost all of the house, every room has been repainted, etc, lots of sheetrock work, you get the idea. It's turned out pretty good, but it has not been easy. The house has good bones though, and we were attracted to it from the start.

I am mad as hell. We stopped at the pelican reef on the poker run. If I would have known I would have made the tag when we were there. But that's my luck. I have company coming into town and won't be able to make it out there this week. Oh well. Will have to make up for it.

That is why I put it there, when you told me what you were doing I put the tag there....I have been busy with My Uncles Patriot Guard Ride funeral I decided to get a little me time, ride time! I hope all of the members here are Patriot Guard Riders if not WHY????

By the way sorry, I was alittle late getting the tag there

I was useing this day to relive alot of tension, I am a Patriot Guard Rider and now I have been setting up my Uncle,s ride for Tuesday and I plan on riding Patriot Guard for him...Yall need to be members!!! If you are not WHY!! No Pressure...

Thanks Saltcreep, yes misery loves company, certain we could swap horror stories.
Same deal here, had a 3 foot sapling growing out of a gutter on this one when purchased, have battled a horrid carpenter bee infestation, woodpecker damage, termites and on and on and on.......but also, good bones, neat floor plan, big double lot, nice neighborhood.....all for about the price of a single wide trailer....hard to pass up even with the "issues" which I am slowly working through, in time she will be a gem, and a profitable one at that

Strom, I thought you had to be a Vet to be in the PGR. Is that the case?
