The BMB Rockets MC is requesting bikers to ride in the 1st Annual Ride 4 Starla. Hopefully hundreds of motorcyclists will come from across the Gulf Coast for a charity ride to show their support and give the message of "Just Trust". We will meet at Halliday Park located at 300 McMeans Avenue in Bay Minette, Alabama 36507. The Ride 4 Starla will assist the Chapman family and other people with special medical needs. The cost is $10 a bike (including passengers). Please have correct change to speed up process. Get there early to register from 10:00 am - 11:30 am. Ride starts at 12:00 noon sharp! All throttles will be twisting as bikers ride the scenic roads of Baldwin County then over to Mobile making new friends as we enjoy our passion for motorcycling. Light refreshments will be served afterwards by the BMB Rockettes SMS & Friends. Donations of bottled water, soda, meat for grilling (sausage, hotdogs, burgers) buns, white bread, plates, ice, napkins, and condiments are needed. You don't have to be a biker to contribute or volunteer your services. There will be a raffle also so any motorcycle shops or vendors who want to donate merchandise are greatly appreciated. I will be back in Louisiana for that one. Maybe I will contact them and make a donation anyways.

Good luck with your bike, hope is not too bad. I made the ride. Well over 100 bikes, almost scary, I always seem to get around the ones that are site seeing running up on the bikes in front then jamming on the brakes. Lost my ear buds for my MP3 player. They blew out and next thing I know all I have left is the cord. Stopped on the way home and got another pair, I might glue these in. Didn't see any one I knew, lots of people it would be easy to miss some one. I didn't stay for refreshments or the drawing, probably missed out

That is a large group of bikes and all kinds of rides.Sorry I missed that ride but their will be others. Nothing major with the shovel just needed new tires and wheel bearings. But since I had it down decided to replace the drive sprockets & chain and a total rebuild on the S & S carb. Replaced the front brake shoes,and rear back plate also. Unless I decide to go back in and grease the clutch hob bearings should be up and running Sunday afternoon.

Sweet. you sure do a lot to that thing!
