Yeah i think the guy is wishy washy on selling it.

I always like to HOPE that it's some poor guy, wife is up his bootay about selling that death machine....so off he goes and posts it on CL and shows her "SEE?" but then later on when he is alone....emails are pouting in, he is going shitshitshit....raise the price, raise the damn price.......

I am not a fan of the nighthawk until they get into the 4 cylinder version. Then they are undestructable.

You got a point, but i am not sure there is enough left of it to mess with. I would like to start with a semi complete bike. I may need to slow down for a couple months. I am takig 2 college classes at teh same time right now and the american literature class is killing me. But I am still looking.

Yeah. I got a similar Goldwing project a while back. It was free. So after staring at it for a couple of months I gave it away!

Well I made a deal on a bike today, the owner has to find the title before I pick it up. Its a 1980 yamaha special 2 65o. Pretty much an XS 650 for all intense and purpose. Guy thinks he will fidn the title tonight so I should be picking up tomorow. Yeah me. Now to find time to mess with it. between school 2 nights a week and alot of homework. I am now dull boy.

Some are both, but I like the kick starter for a vintage bike look, I am set to go get it around luch time today. Hope its worth a decent start to a project. I will post up pics later today if the deal goes thru.
