I enjoy riding down 193 to Dauphin Island and come back on bellingrath. It's a very nice ride. As far as camping we go to Chickasabogue Park off of Aldock Rd. It's about the nicest place for primitive camping, that I know of.

Blakely park off of 225 north of Spanish Fort is good for primitive camping as well. And it's a Civil War historical site.

I haven't camped at Blakeley but I've trailered my horses up there and ridden all through the place. I think you'd like it.

The corners are gone! What about the rolling sensation on the road? Is that flat and smooth now too. Bummer... I'm determined I'm going to ride tomorrow. Wish I had someone who could come along. The more, the merrier.
