Speaking of engine lights

On the way home from work my engine light came on. I jsut rolled 2700 miles on it so I was thinking it was "get your oil changed" but when I stopped at a light it would go off. Ted checked my header bolts, they are all good. Any ideas? I'm calling Victory tomorrow just wanted to see what you guys thought.

I don't know about Victory's, but the newer Harleys have an on board diagnostic system that will give you trouble codes. I think it blinks the codes through the turn signals. Might be something to look into.

Just take it back to Victory. That's what warranty is for.
P.S.: You sure crispy didn't tear it up?

Nah I have put a good bit of miles on it since he rode it.. Might be payback for talking so bad about Harleys!!

Well. The swine flu comes from pigs. So if he rode with any Harleys? Just sayin.

Now now ya'll don't go downing the Harleys..

I have to down the Harley's ..its expected of me. So I went to Victory and they said I had a bad voltage regulator.../shrug so they stole one off the showroom floor and had me up and running again Now if I had rode a Harley...I would have had to ride on the back of the Busi as my bike would still be siting there waiting for the part! lol

Depends on who you know. Had a bad stator and mobile bay sent a guy to eastern shore to get another and was out the same day. Of course. I did raise alot of h*ll.
