wife and I are looking to buy helmets so we can talk to one another. any suggestion's?

Sorry, I don't recall, but are you both going to be on the same bike?

I use the Cardo Scaler Rider II, the bluetooth units can stay connected once paired up to nearly 1/4 mile. This unit has worked well for me.

I am sure others will chime in with their recommendations as well.

We have Sena Bluetooth headsets that are pretty good. We like to listen to music while we're riding but can "bump" the unit to talk to one another while we're out. You can even accept and make phone calls in cases of emergencies. They're worked out pretty well for us and you can do software upgrades on them as well.

I take it those can be heard at highway speed?  Would be nice,  sometimes the getting poked in the ribs and handsignal game can be confusing.

we just purchased 2 vega summit 3.0 Bluetooth helmets. will update yall once we use them.
