MID-DAY SUNDAY, 3/4/12

The bride and I are looking for inspiration for a ride. Don't want to be part of a caravan today but would enjoy riding west out of Florida to make a new biking friend or meet an existing one -- or two, or three . . . anybody up for a ride this afternoon? Drop an e-mail to about_the_house@cox.net.

No takers but we had a good ride anyway -- steak at Logan's at Malbis, scenic route home.

I'm sorry I missed y'all! I left and met a friend for breakfast then rolled 280 miles. I went to the Outpost then up to Florala to Lake Jackson. What a gorgeous day!!

Hiya Bernard!!! I've rolled so many miles since I put my new tires on that my back tires is starting to flatten.

Yeah -- how come everybody's tracking Scadoodle's miles and not YOURS ? ? I'd complain to management if I were you.

I'm not rolling near as many miles as Scott but getting lots in. Starting yesterday, my bike is now my primary means of transport....as weather permits. I'm already saving $$ for another rear tire....there will be one needed this year.
