Having arrived at the Gates of Heaven, (I can’t imagine how this could happen – but on with the story)
Barrack 0bama meets a man with a beard.
'Are you Mohamed?' he asks.
'No my son, I am St. Peter; Mohamed is higher up.'
Peter then points to a ladder that rises into the clouds.
Delighted that Mohamed should be higher than St. Peter, 0bama climbs the ladder in great strides,
climbs up through the clouds and comes into a room
where he meets another bearded man.
He asks again, 'Are you Mohamed?'
'Why no,' he answers, 'I am Moses;
Mohamed is higher still.'
Exhausted, but with a heart full of joy
he climbs the ladder yet again.
He discovers a larger room
where he meets an angelic looking man
with a beard.
Full of hope, he asks again,
'Are you Mohamed?'
'No, I am Jesus, the Christ;
you will find Mohamed higher up.'
Mohamed higher than Jesus!
Man, oh man! 0bama can hardly contain his delight
and climbs and climbs ever higher.
Once again, he reaches an even larger room
where he meets this truly magnificent looking man
with a silver white beard
and once again repeats his question:
'Are you Mohamed?' he gasps as he is by now,
totally out of breath from all his climbing.
'No, my son, I am Almighty God,
the Alpha and the Omega, but you look exhausted.
Would you like a cup of coffee?'
0bama says, 'Yes please!'
As God looks behind him, he claps his hands
and yells out: 'Hey, Mohamed, two coffees!'
Keep your trust in your God;
your president is an idiot.

A rather gentle explanation of the difference in thinking between people with opposite outlooks.
A young woman was about to finish her first year of college. Like so many others her age, she considered herself to be very liberal, and among other liberal ideals, was very much in favor of higher taxes to support more government programs, in other words redistribution of wealth.
She was deeply ashamed that her father was a rather staunch conservative, a feeling she openly expressed. Based on the lectures that she had participated in, and the occasional chat with a professor, she felt that her father had for years harbored an evil, selfish desire to keep what he thought should be his.
One day she was challenging her father on his opposition to higher taxes on the rich and the need for more government programs.
The self-professed objectivity proclaimed by her professors had to be the truth and she indicated so to her father. He responded by asking how she was doing in school.
Taken aback, she answered rather haughtily that she had a 4.0 GPA, and let him know that it was tough to maintain, insisting that she was taking a very difficult course load and was constantly studying, which left her no time to go out and party like other people she knew. She didn't even have time for a boyfriend, and didn't really have many college friends because she spent all her time studying.
Her father listened and then asked, "How is your friend Audrey doing?"
She replied, "Audrey is barely getting by. All she takes are easy classes, she never studies and she barely has a 2.0 GPA. She is so popular on campus; college for her is a blast. She's always invited to all the parties and lots of times she doesn't even show up for classes because she's too hung over."
Her wise father asked his daughter, "Why don't you go to the Dean's office and ask him to deduct 1.0 off your GPA and give it to your friend who only has a 2.0. That way you will both have a 3.0 GPA and certainly that would be a fair and equal distribution of GPA."
The daughter, visibly shocked by her father's suggestion, angrily fired back, "That's a crazy idea, how would that be fair! I've worked really hard for my grades! I've invested a lot of time, and a lot of hard work! Audrey has done next to nothing toward her degree. She played while I worked my tail off!"
The father slowly smiled, winked and said gently, "Welcome to the conservative side of the fence."
If you ever wondered what side of the fence you sit on, this is a great test!
If a conservative doesn't like guns, he doesn't buy one.
If a liberal doesn't like guns, he wants all guns outlawed.
If a conservative is a vegetarian, he doesn't eat meat.
If a liberal is a vegetarian, he wants all meat products banned for everyone.
If a conservative is down-and-out, he thinks about how to better his situation.
A liberal wonders who is going to take care of him.
If a conservative doesn't like a talk show host, he switches channels.
Liberals demand that those they don't like be shut down.

Well this is not Political but too me it was fowl and I could not find a stupid drivers thread. I park my bike in a parking space and the one to the right of me was avalible too, when I came out of the store this is what I find!!!!!
The lady got mad at me for taking a picture of her truck, and when I said my thoughts, she got in locked the doors and waited on me to leave

I recently asked my friends' little girl what she wanted to be when
she grows up. She said she wanted to be President of the United States.
Both of her parents, liberal Democrats, were standing there. So I asked her,
"If you were President, what would be the first thing you would do?"
She replied, "I'd give food and houses to all the homeless people...
Her parents proudly beamed.
"Wow...what a worthy goal," I told her. "But you don't have to wait
until you're President to do that.
Tell you what - you can come over to my house and mow the
lawn, pull weeds and sweep my driveway, and I'll pay you $50.
Then I'll take you over to the grocery store where the homeless guy
hangs out, and you can give him the $50 to use toward food and a
new house." How about doing something wonderful like that?
She thought that over for a few seconds, then she looked me
straight in the eye and asked, "Why doesn't the homeless guy
come over and do the work and you can just pay him the $50?"
I said, "Welcome to the Republican Party."
Her parents still aren't speaking to me.

Now this listing of their names and job descriptions should be educational to all Americans, no matter what your political leaning. Call it an occupational hazard, but I can't look at the Occupy Wall Street protesters without thinking, "Who parented these people?"
As a culture columnist, I've commented on the social and political ramifications of the "movement" - now known as "OWS" - whose fairyland agenda can be summarized by one of their placards: "Everything for everybody."
Thanks to their pipe-dream platform, it's clear there are people with serious designs on "transformational" change in America who are using the protesters like bedsprings in a brothel.
Yet it's not my role as a commentator that prompts my parenting question, but rather the fact that I'm the mother of four teens and young adults. There are some crucial life lessons that the protesters' moms clearly have not passed along.
Here, then, are five things the OWS protesters' mothers should have taught their children but obviously didn't, so I will:
* Life isn't fair. The concept of justice - that everyone should be treated fairly - is a worthy and worthwhile moral imperative on which our nation was founded. But justice and economic equality are not the same. Or, as Mick Jagger said, "You can't always get what you want."
No matter how you try to "level the playing field," some people have better luck, skills, talents or connections that land them in better places. Some seem to have all the advantages in life but squander them, others play the modest hand they're dealt and make up the difference in hard work and perseverance, and some find jobs on Wall Street and eventually buy houses in the Hamptons. Is it fair? Stupid question.
* Nothing is "free." Protesting with signs that seek "free" college degrees and "free" health care make you look like idiots, because colleges and hospitals don't operate on rainbows and sunshine. There is no magic money machine to tap for your meandering educational careers and "slow paths" to adulthood, and the 53 percent of taxpaying Americans owe you neither a degree nor an annual physical.
While I'm pointing out this obvious fact, here are a few other things that are not free: overtime for police officers and municipal workers, trash hauling, repairs to fixtures and property, condoms, Band-Aids and the food that inexplicably appears on the tables in your makeshift protest kitchens. Real people with real dollars are underwriting your civic temper tantrum.
* Your word is your bond. When you demonstrate to eliminate student loan debt, you are advocating precisely the lack of integrity you decry in others. Loans are made based on solemn promises to repay them. No one forces you to borrow money; you are free to choose educational pursuits that don't require loans, or to seek technical or vocational training that allows you to support yourself and your ongoing educational goals. Also, for the record, being a college student is not a state of victimization. It's a privilege that billions of young people around the globe would die for - literally.
* A protest is not a party. On Saturday in New York, while making a mad dash from my cab to the door of my hotel to avoid you, I saw what isn't evident in the newsreel footage of your demonstrations: Most of you are doing this only for attention and fun. Serious people in a sober pursuit of social and political change don't dance jigs down Sixth Avenue like attendees of a Renaissance festival. You look foolish, you smell gross, you are clearly high and you don't seem to realize that all around you are people who deem you irrelevant.
* There are reasons you haven't found jobs. The truth? Your tattooed necks, gauged ears, facial piercings and dirty dreadlocks are off-putting. Nonconformity for the sake of nonconformity isn't a virtue. Occupy reality: Only 4 percent of college graduates are out of work. If you are among that 4 percent, find a mirror and face the problem. It's not them. It's you

I only checked Greece and you made a slight error............. It can actually be worse than you thought............. the employee also pays 16% social security tax bringing the possible total to 79% (the VAT varies from 4.5% to 23%)

My daughter Sasha, several long-time family friends,
my personal staff and various guests had a wonderful time.

$2,500.00 per night private 3-story villa at a 5-Star luxury
hotel.
Thank you also for the use of Air Force Two and
the 70 Secret Service personnel who tagged along to be sure we
were safe and cared for at all times. By the way, if you
happen to be visiting the Costa del Sol, I highly recommend the
Buenaventura Plaza restaurant in Marbella ; great lobster with rice
and oysters! I'm ashamed to admit the lobsters we ate in
Martha's Vineyard were not quite as tasty, but what can you do if
you're not in Europe , you have to just grin and bear it?
Air Force Two (which costs $11,351 per hour to operate
according to Government Accounting Office reports) only used
47,500 gallons of jet fuel for this trip and carbon emissions were
a mere 1,031 tons of CO2. These are only rough estimates, but they
are close. That's quite a carbon footprint as my good friend
Al Gore would say, so we must ask the American citizens to drive
smaller, more fuel efficient cars and drive less too, so we can
lessen our combined carbon footprint.
I know times are hard and millions of you are struggling to put food on the table and trying to make ends meet. So I do appreciate your sacrifices and do hope you find work soon.
I was really exhausted after Barack took our family on a luxury vacation in Maine a few weeks ago. I just had to get away for a few
days.

Best Example Yet!
It's a slow day in the small town of Pumphandle and the streets are deserted. Times are tough, everybody is in debt, and everybody is living on credit.
A tourist visiting the area drives through town, stops at the motel, and lays a $100 bill on the desk saying he wants to inspect the rooms upstairs to pick one for the night.
As soon as he walks upstairs, the motel owner grabs the bill and runs next door to pay his debt to the butcher.
(Stay with this.....and pay attention)
The butcher takes the $100 and runs down the street to retire his debt to the pig farmer.
The pig farmer takes the $100 and heads off to pay his bill to his supplier, the Co-op.
The guy at the Co-op takes the $100 and runs to pay his debt to the local prostitute, who has also been facing hard times and has had to offer her "services" on credit.
The hooker rushes to the hotel and pays off her room bill with the hotel Owner.

In other news........ we all remember when KFC offered a "Hillary"meal, consisting of 2 small breasts and 2 large thighs, and two left wings. Now, KFC is offering the "Obama Cabinet Bucket". It consists of nothing but left wings and chicken s*it.

Depressed? Over five thousand years ago, Moses said to the children of Israel, "Pick up your shovels, mount your asses and camels, and I will lead you to the Promised Land."
Nearly 75 years ago, (when Welfare was introduced) Roosevelt said, "Lay down your shovels, sit on your asses, and light up a Camel, this is the Promised Land."
Today, the Government has stolen your shovel, taxed your asses, raised the price of Camels and mortgaged the Promised Land!
Now, in Canada, they can only retire at 67, not 65. The government officials get the big bucks in their pocket and can retire at 55 with full pension while the tax payers, us, slave for pennies, and they're even getting rid of them, go figure.
I was so depressed last night thinking about the economy, the wars, lost jobs, savings, Social Security, retirement funds, etc .... I called a Suicide Hotline.
I had to press 3 for English.
I was connected to a call center in Pakistan. I told them I was suicidal.
They got excited and asked if I could drive a truck......
Folks, we're screwed.....
Nearly 75 years ago, (when Welfare was introduced) Roosevelt said, "Lay down your shovels, sit on your asses, and light up a Camel, this is the Promised Land."
Today, the Government has stolen your shovel, taxed your asses, raised the price of Camels and mortgaged the Promised Land!
Now, in Canada, they can only retire at 67, not 65. The government officials get the big bucks in their pocket and can retire at 55 with full pension while the tax payers, us, slave for pennies, and they're even getting rid of them, go figure.

The National Association of REALTORS is all over this and working to get it repealed before it takes effect. But, I'm very pleased we aren't the only ones who know about this ploy to steal billions from unsuspecting homeowners. How many REALTORS do you think will vote Democratic in 2012?
Did you know that if you sell your house after 2012 you will pay a 3.8% sales tax on it? That's $3,800 on a $100,000 home, etc. When did this happen? It's in the health care bill and goes into effect in 2013.
Why 2013? Could it be to come to light AFTER the 2012 election? So, this is "change you can believe in"? Under the new health care bill, all real estate transactions will be subject to a 3.8% Sales Tax.
If you sell a $400,000 home, you will be required to pay a $15,200 tax on this deal.
This bill is set to screw the retiring generation who often downsize their homes. Does this make your November 2012 vote more important?
Oh, you weren't aware this was in the Obamacare bill? Guess what, you aren't alone. There are more than a few members of Congress that aren't aware of it either!

"The per person Medicare Insurance Premium will increase from the present Monthly Fee of
$96.40, rising to:
$104.20 in 2012
$120.20 in 2013
And
$247.00 in 2014."
These are Provisions incorporated in the Obamacare Legislation, purposely delayed so as not to confuse the 2012 Re-Election Campaigns. Send this to all Seniors that you know, so they will know who's throwing them under the bus.
REMEMBER THIS IN NOVEMBER 2012 AND VOTE!!!

He did not threaten to stop payments to illegal aliens
He did not threaten to take frivolous benefits such as Internet access away from violent inmates
He did not offer to fire some of the thousands of unnecessary federal employees that he hired
He did not offer to cut down on his or his wife's frivolous gallivanting around
He did not threaten to not pay the senators and representatives or any of their staff OR TO CUT THEIR OUTRAGEOUS RETIREMENT PACKAGES
He did not threaten to take benefits away from welfare recipients
He did not threaten the food stamp programs
He did not threaten to not pay foreign aid
He did not threaten to cut back on anything that involves his base voters
The list could go on and on. He is in full political re-election mode!
Why are we allowing this person to destroy this wonderful country with his selfishness and his lies?
His type of change is killing our country. He needs to be stopped and only our Votes can stop him.
