chicken rally

don't know if any one has heared of it but it is a bmw rally and all bikes and riders are invited.it happens in may just outside of huntsville.if anyone is interested just hit me up and i can let you know more.i will be finding out exact dates and soforth myself in a couple of weeks or so and i will post more then.i can tell you it is a all weekend event and it is held at the campground were we stay.it is $40 for the whole weekend and they feed you breakfast luch and dinner.i have been and it is a lot of fun.so if interested let me know

I rode BMW airheads for 16+ years. Been to the chicken rally a number of times. Always a good rally. And you will not leave there hungry. They have been having a bike show....pretty much all old beemers. They have a band usually most nights. It used to always be at the Dixie Landing area. Nice camping place near the water. They basically provide all you can eat pancakes every morning and all you can eat chicken the rest of the day.....all weekend. You can't beat it for the price. There used to be a group that would head up to this ladies house not too far away after the rally for a "post poultry party". That was some years ago. The last time I went up to this rally was in 2002.

I've never been to any rally. I want to go to one soooo bad.

Looks like prices went up slightly but it is still the beat bargain around.
My mistake earlier...it is at Ditto landing and not Dixie landing...but I was close!

It's certainly close enough. The price is good especially since it includes camping.
