Yeah. I notice the magna's fetching a high price. It's what has kept me away from getting one. I'm a $1000 and under kinda guy!

Not running and missing body parts is a plus. You should be able to pick it up for around $800. If it's a supermagna, you probly don't want the hassle. Too hard to find parts.

Nah, I'm not looking for something that it's hard to find parts for..
I've been there! And as far as the magna in question. I can't pay more than 500.... no 400 for a bike in that condition (I'm warming up my negotiation skills )

Re: Any other vintage Honda nuts out there?
Hayweed, That first one could be a good deal! I've talked to the guy on the second one, and that is actually a SWEET deal for someone who has the space and time for it (not me, plus they're DOHc 750's and all of my parts are SOHC).
And the third one, well that is MY ad! I need to pull it down. I was going to get rid of my 350 for some money towards a gl1000, but the gl sold and now I'm not selling the 350!
Thanks for posting those up dude! I really wish I had enough space to snap up those DOHC 750's but my wife would go nuclear! The 360 is a good deal too, but I've already got the 350 that's below it! Anytime you come across something like that post it up here if you think about it. I'm always looking!

Sorry Nick. The link didn't go through the first time and I did not notice. Here is the link. It's a 78 gl1000. It is in pieces but it may be a good but.

You may want to get with twisted noodle. He said he talked to someone about a gl1000 on CL and he was going to get it.

Yeah sorry Nick, she's sitting in my garage right now...lol 50 bucks!!!
Sorry about the large pictures. I don't know how to make them any smaller. This thing is pretty cool. I'm going to try to get her running today. He told me she cranks over but the plugs are prolly bad. Then we'll start cutting her up... I wish I was more familiar with these things.. Anyone wanna have some fun? Your welcome to make the short ride out to Wilmer!!
