This Time Five Years Ago

we were watching our house burn to the ground

wifeys birthday no less

now she goes Monday for total knee replacement

I hope the House didn't burn again and also hope that the knee surgery goes well.

Oh man... I hope the surgery is a total success!!

surgery went fine , she's in excellent health , and doesnt seem to be bothering her too bad

she told the doc , she hadda hurry up so she could "throw my leg back over the Harley again"

he wasn't impressed and told her if he'd known that he wouldna wasted him time on her

A friend had knee surgery and his doctor called it a murdercycle. They think that we will all die just because we ride. We WILL die one day. But it will be out time to go. NOT because we ride.

And glad it all turned out good. Hope she can get back on the bike soon.

We do have alot of control of our fate out there on the streets. But, If you can't pay attention, can't keep your speed down, can't accept that you are not a qualified racer, won't wear the proper safety attire then you need to stay away from motorcycles, bicycles, cars, skateboards, tricycles, scissors, gun ranges....I could go on.........
