LE can now guess your speed and write tickets...

This is crap. The Ohio Supreme Court has now rules that LE can GUESS the speed of a vehicle, ticket them and it will hold up in court. Bet this spreads quickly to other states....

What a crock. Now I have heard it all. Next they will stop you and write a ticket because you MIGHT speed tomorrow.

I cant stand the fuzz they hit us all the time for nothing. "hint" ask to see the cert papers for the gun if not within three days, you get a get out of jail free card

fluff the Police! Tax dollars at work! "hint" If they see you puke they cant obtain a breathilyzer for 2 hours. If they do it will be thrown out of court

A little off topic but I thought it was funny. I had a friend who's Grand Dad got pulled over for doing 76 in a 55 going to a casino one night. He told the trooper to go ahead and write him another ticket now because he would be coming back through in a few hours just as fast.

I have done that. didn't like the ticket after that. I think he added $50 to it.
