Harley davidson topper

I had one of these when I was 12 (68) My friends were riding mini bikes and laughed at it. But I thought it was COOLLLLL, I took the body off and it would smoke them mini bikes! Is this one of the AMF-era farm-out bikes? I love the aeromachhi sprints that got rebadged as Harley's.
