Front wheel bairing....

Ok so I'm replacing my front wheel bairing cause it was history. Took it the wheel off brought it inside and removed the dust seals and the rest just fell apart. my problem is I can't get the outer part out. The piece that meets the rim. Any suggestions ? I haven't done any and don't wanna take it no where cause of funds.. Thanks for the help everyone or anyone
