Jim was mainly a match racer , which was a big draw back in the day .. Lotsa touring pros blew him off , but when he ran at sanctioned events he blew them off ..

A lot of the safety rules were created because of or in spite of Jim .. This guy did full track burnouts , and backed to the starting line at 100 mph ..
