Got a new bike.

It's not what I was really looking for, but I could not pass it up for the price I paid plus it is in 99% new condition. One little scratch on the tank. A bib would cover that. Someone had already installed forward controls. Also came with OEM saddle bags. . Tully and I only had to drain the old gas and it fired up after sitting for over a year. It needs new tires and to be run.

started life as the same bike you just bought! Wrap your head around that! Shocked

and it is currently under round two of mods to fine tune it and get a nice paint job!

Same tank (moded) same engine (moded) same frame (HIGHLY moded) same swingarm (shortened) same cooling system, same carbs (moded)!

It was the same exact bike you have now when he started it, it was red though!

It was built by my wifes uncle, who just has a real knack for dual sport bikes, but wanted one with the torque and fun of a 45 degree V-twin! So he built it!

holy crap - an 800cc dual sport? Thats awesome!

oops - my bad. JSteele - did I see that bike on craigslist? its looking familiar but i look so much I cant recall where i'd seen it. Smile

I had a '05 C50 (same bike just EFI and post "boulevard" junk). Drove that bike over 15,000 miles in 2 years. Key West, New Orleans, Baton Rouge, Daytona a few times... Good bikes!
