My "other" ride...

Dude. How in the world do you manage to have the money and time for all of your projects?

money is a problem more than time is. haha. I work like a demon and when i get to a point that i need a break - i call in sick or take the day off. As far as parts for the projects - my handlebars cost me a grand total of $40 to make, the wing and seat for the van cost me less than $60, the carpet was $40, i saved for a year for the paintjob and did the stripe myself. The chopper I have been working on for nearly 2 years now...

trying to convince the wife to let me buy another bike off craigslist so i can do a fix up and turn around sale on it to earn a little extra cash for the projects.

I think it's pretty amazing that you can do so much of the work yourself. A saving grace in itself.

Some things I cant fix....my wife got in a car accident yesterday and her car is expected tobe totalled out. Shes ok - not her fault... alls good, but shes gonna be the one driving the ateam van around town for awhile.

OUCH!!!! Just glad she is ok. That's the important thing. Hayweed DID have a cheap car, if he still has it and it will help u guys out.
