Absolutely! I always go to that event. Headed to the Dauphin Island Vintage Bike show tomorrow.

I won't be at the bike show. Other obligations. Will have people set up there. If you read this before you go, stop in and talk to them about what is happening in ABATE now. I'll catch you somewhere along.

Busy with a bunch of other things. Try to check in weekly but sometimes it doesn't happen.

Im having a lot of daily fun, I ride to work and I ride home, this weekend my wife and I are going to biloxi for some debotchery ( i have no idea how to spell that but who cares lol) and for some good memories. Let the fun begin sunday or funday which ever comes first so lets do this.....

been awol a while

Sam here, since May every other week I have been on the road working, then come home rainning or catch up on family and chores.  Plus it is so damned hot this early in summer early morning rides or before sundown if i can squeeze one in. I did get to ride with my brother in law and some of his buddies mid May, Atmore north then around the country along the river back down nice roads.

I got nearly 300 miles of wind Sunday and it looks like that's going to have to hold me for me bit.

I think fb groups are killing forums. Its much easier to have it all in one place. I started a FB motocycle group to see if ti takes off.

We have a FB page but not sure who started it.

I know, I saw he page, but its not sey up as a group. groups have open discussion with instant notification. Works great for advertising a ride and such.

Not everyone uses facebook. Keep on using it, makes it easier for government to spy on you because they don't have to search for your friends, you have them all listed. No thanks. I'll pass, even though I know they get whatever information they want. I see no need to make it easier for them.

I find it funny that you think govt snooping is limited to FB. Hell forums are even easier to monitor than FB.

I think the Government snoops more than we think, but I doubt they are all that interested in my life.

Maybe I should run over to facebook and let them know I fixed something on my bike. lol

Did you read something I didn't write? Never said one was easier than the other. I just care nothing about making it any easier by providing more media for sources to be monitored. My theory remains the same, limit their sources. Besides, it's not like it hasn't been going on for longer than most realize.

Tried to get the tag a few days ago. Waaaay too much rain for me. Gonna try again tomorrow if it not raining again. Haven't seen any events to post and too poor to host a BBQ. LOL

I think forums are going to the wayside, Met alot of great people here, But facebooks groups are starting to take over with instant notifications and such. ( as I stated earlier)

aint a face booker either , I think forums are still alive, this one being regional hurts it a lot , and most peeps wont hang around it if there's not much happening
