Something to keep in mind

Effective January 1, 2013, no certificate of title shall be issued for a motor-driven cycle as defined in Section 32-1-1.1, Code of Alabama 1975. A motor-driven cycle is defined as every motorcycle, including every motor scooter, with a motor which produces not to exceed five brake horsepower nor to exceed 150 cubic centimeter engine displacement, and weighs less than 200 pounds fully equipped, and every bicycle with motor attached.

So no more titles for motorcycles? Wow that seems crazy. Maybe no more tags to buy? Haha

Sounds like they're talking about a bicycle with a 2-cycle motor on it.... One of the whizzer kits which people are sticking on their old schwinn which are popular now for some reason.

My motorcycle produces a hell of a lot more than 5hp and weighs a lot more than 200lbs...
