Eastern Shore Harley Davidson....

...is closing it's doors at the end of the year! Dammit...in the 2 yrs I've had my bike, I've gotten quite attached to several of the people in there. And the location was decent. Bow I'm going to have to decide on either Mobile (same owner) or Pensacola. Oh...by the way...all logo merchandise in the store is 40% off. If it's on the clearance rack, it's another 40% off the already discounted prices. Everything is on sale but the bikes...leftovers will go to Mobile... Big surprise there...NOT!

I go to pensacola for everything. Get an owner rewards card and start racking up credits for everthing you buy.

Where is the P'cola dealership? Rewards card sound fun...and costly. lol

hwy 29 in car city or pensacola blvd south off 10 will be on the right just past world ford maybe three miles south of 10 two other ways to find it
one is the big bucket to collect all the over charged prices and the easiest way is go by the smell for the owner who smells just like he acts a "a*sh*le" lol

I was wondering where it was. I've been to the dealership in Mobile before...twice, actually. Both experiences were good but there wasn't a purchase or service issue inolved so... It's all about the $$ anymore...

I knew the owner of that dealership in the late 70's when I was stationed at NAS Pensacola from 79-81 .. He had an Indy shop and specialized in British bikes .. Sold ma budd a SuperGlide

You are right, Courtney still owns the HD and now the new BMW dealership just a block behine HD in PNS. I met and talked to him last year at the end of the year ride when he was on a new BMW he was trying out. He is alright, i know the service and parts mangers over here, both good guys.

The Guys in the BMW dealership are really nice and friendly. I really liked the one bike that is a sport tourer that has a six cylinder engine and has more bells and whistles than i can count and it sounds so sweet makes what ever you got to stand up.

Miss G if you come over to P'cola let me know and I'll meet up with ya especially if you go to HD I'll intro you to my half sister. I dont think that she can or has the ability to do any discount but if you say hi to her or any of them they will say hi back and help you if you like, I have always seen my sister being helpful quite often.

We all have our off days and the people in the Pcola HD are no different so I like to make a proposal to go in there with a super positive attitude in mind and your shopping time in there will be positive as well.

I will miss the Daphne store especially when those breakdowns happen and you can't ride the bike to them. They would come and pick it up. Now I must look for a trailer and look at longer down times because of this. It just makes me sad.

I can imagine that Milton Florida is too far for you to go to get bike work done but if you wish to know there is a bike shop over there Turn One Performance and I have seen riders on another forum that I visit in say that Turn One has used his pickup and trailer to go and pick up riders that is broke down on side of road. Now I dont know what the deatails are for that but the Daphne store is not the only one that does the pick you up if you are broke down.

Too bad the Daphne store is closing. Did they say why they are closing? I can see that you are much closer to the Daphne store than the Pcola store and now the delima of Pcola or Mobile either way is about the same... decisions decisions.

I hope you dont hate me for the next thing that I say Miss G, you could always keep riding your running and willing to go Harley until it needs some bike shop attention so when that happens you can always get you a other than a Harley to keep you rolling until your Harley gets back to you I'm just saying

I haven't had a bad experience yet at Pensacola harley. Granted I haven't used their service dept. yet.

Nothing against any dealership but if I need any work done to any of my HD's I go to H&D Cycles in Lillian. Those people are great!

ok ok when your right your right and when im wrong i stick my whole damn leg in LOL after re reading my post i realized that the bad experience i had at hd of pcola is probaly just a isolated incident and i shouldnt throw them under the bus for that. i also remember when Hero's was around and was just spoiled by them. Actually heros son in law who was the last owner there still works on my camper at Carpenters campers and he is one helluva nice dude. so i hope my petty ignorance will never sway anyone from at least not giving Courtney and his team a shot for their business, also the family owned H&D is one great HD shop and i have never heard anyone talk bad about them and the owner of the three victory shops actually refers business to them and thats not something you hear to often. so please forgive my DA rant

ESHD is closing because their bottom line is in the red. They were losing money. It's a shame after being there for 6 yrs. And yes, I'm right smack between the Mobile and P'cola dealerships. It's almost the same mileage to go to H&D in Lillian. I'll get it all sorted out in time.

Won't ride anything but a Harley....not putting my nose up against any other bikes, just stating MY personal preference. The ONLY other bike I would even give consideration to is a Victory.
