BONfire
Ok...January isn't one of the best months for bikers. The weather is chilly at best or downright COLD! Me, personally, I get cabin fever about then too...and post holiday blues. So.....I thought I'd organize a BONfire. Why are the 1st 3 letters capitalized? Because the origins of this will be posted on the BikerOrNot (BON) website.
So, here's the deal...it's early yet so I don't have a firm date yet...middle/late Jan. This will be at my place in Robertsdale. I live on 5 acres and can move my horse to the neighbors pasture so...plenty of room for tents, campers and such. This is a BYOB deal. Keep in mind, this is MY home, there are no grounds keepers so you will need to pick up after yourself.
I will need more burnable wood....since it's going to be outside, pine and such is fine. Bring your lawn chairs, ice chests and be prepared to have some fun!! We can even discuss doing a cookout as part of it. Your input is greatly appreciated!!

I'm looking at either Jan 19th or 26th. Both are Saturdays. Nothing would kick off until late afternoon anyway so... Will keep everyone posted for sure!

Re: BONfire
Would definitely have to work a sat but be there afterwards. No work on Sunday so doesn't matter how late I stay.

Re: BONfire
I'm beginning to think Jan 26th is going to be the day. I should have my leave advanced by then and can take that Sat off to finish final prep for the evenings festivities. My back pasture will be open to primitive camping...tents, RV's, vehicles...
