My new scooter

96 Ultra Classic. Really nice condition with low miles. It has been sitting alot. I put 130 miles on it today but at 1/2 tank the engine started to miss. I checked the plugs and they had that old gas smell. I drained the rest of the tank. The gas was yellow and had a turpentine smell. Going to replace with fresh gas in the morning and hope for the best.

Get a can of seafoam from walmart and add about 2 ounces of it to a fresh tank. Might wanna grab some new plugs as well. Grats on the new scoot, though.

Thanks. Now I have something that my wife can ride on and I want to finally meet you guys at the next get together and a ride. I hated to miss the BBQ last night but will be at the next one. I will also post a better pic tomorrow.

Oh sorry. Don't know why I thought the BBQ was yesterday. Still, I am not sure I can make it today.

OK, who had an unsanctioned BBQ last night....

Oh boy, the 3 gal I drained out was yellow and had a horrible smell. I don't even know how the thing ran Sat. for 100 miles before acting up on that swill. I was able to ride 3o miles Sunday and it was smooth running. Now a new tire, break pads and crossed fingers/prayers and It should be good to go.

Glad it's better, I thought I saw you coming home yesterday across 10.

Could have been me. I left downtown going west to Theodore are around. 6:30. I was wearing a white shirt and silver helmet.
