I'm still alive.

I have been negligent in posting and keeping my friends up on current events. So....

March, had my knee surgery and it's about 90% back to normal.

Mid April I had my rotator cuff surgery. I got the sling off the last day of May and have started real physical therpay. Can you say OUCH!! But....the therapy is working. I can sit on my bike and reach up and grab my junior apes. Pretty good indication of healing.

I will be on my bike some how some way on June 27th for million mile monday. That's 11 weeks post-op.

I have been trying to behave myself and doing a bit of dating. Dr says I might go back to work in August. I hope everyone has been well. I have missed y'all.

I want to be on my bike soooooo bad!!! Sooner rather than later now. I get a little bit stronger each and everyday. *grin*

Glad you are on the mend. I am sure you will be back in the saddle again soon!!! Just don't rush it too badly.

Trying not to rush it is far easier said than done to be sure. *grin* I need wind therapy sooooooo badly!!!

I moved my bike today so I could mow under the carport. Omg....that was like using crack and wanting more! 1st time in 8 wks on my bike in ANY form. Oh man....it's calling to me.... *sigh*

I resisted the call to ride this morning but barely! Thank you for the words of support/encouragement. It means a lot.
