I thought I'd share some pics & a few words about rides on my Tiger.

Today I rode with some friends in FL all around Blackwater. Total I rode 300 miles. That's about 1200 miles on the Tiger. I rode down a dirt road for the first time too.

Well, I went for a ride Sunday morning in DeSoto NF.
We stopped to air down our tires & noticed Bin Ladin's house (in Camp Shelby).



I wanted to add some holes to this chooper, but the guys said that would be a bad idea.



Notice, I'm the only one without knobbies. I plan to fix that this week.

That is a cool bike. Keep up with the pics makes me want Dual sport.

Awesome bikes. We got to see a lot of those type bikes last week on the Alpine Loop.

Yea, yea, rub it in. How about some pics? Was there still snow?

Snow? More snow than I have ever seen this time of year on the loop. They had just opened Engineers pass the week before we got there. It snowed on the 20th while we were up there... Here are the pics.

Thanks for the pics. They had record snow fall this past winter. I've been reading about the snow lasting forever this year. As you know, it can snow up there & just rain everywhere else.

We had a good ride today. I meet-up with everybody in Brewton.



We got some breakfast.



We stopped in Burnt Corn & one rider went home.



We stopped in Camden to gas up & wait for the ferry time. 3 riders left for home & 3 kept riding.



We made a quick stop at the dam.




Shortly after, we split up & rode home. All total I rode 356 miles

I found a small break in TS Lee.

I rode about 150 miles of dirt roads yesterday. It was some nice weather.

That is an awesome bike. Where were you guys riding? Whos on the vstrom?

The Tiger looks mean with those tires.

We were riding in north Mobile County & then into MS. Somewhere near Chicasaway or something.
It's a friend from ADVrider on the Weestrom. He has over 60,000 miles on that bike.

I am looking to get in some dirt on my DL1000 and the dual Sporty too for that matter.. Let me know if y'all want company next time.

I'll sure let you know when we go again. It might be a couple of weeks because I've been neglecting my chores. I should warn you though, sometimes we have to traverse some deep sand to get where we want to go. It's usually never more than a few hundred feet at a time, but those can be some challenging stretches. I never take pics of the rough stuff because I'm to busy trying to get to the other side.
