Weekend

What a waste of a good weekend. A few friends and I started a ride yesterday and got maybe 30 miles and they bailed out and it has rained ever since. Just seating around the house sucks. I wanna ride.

Yea it is really sucking around here with the rain. Last night about 2 AM it looked like it was going to quit raining for several hours and I started getting ready to go ride. It started back to raining before I could even get ready. I finally gave up and went to bed. I will be checking things out tonight again!!

I was able to get some work in the shed done.

I rushed to get my bike ready for this weekend... Fixed an oil leak, changed the pads on the front brake, installed a drilled sprocket cover, and look at what happened!!! We tried to go for a ride Saturday (Me, 2002xlh, Muddum, and some other friends of ours) and we only made about ten miles before we decided to call the whole thing off.
It's already clearing up outside though. Maybe this week will be good for riding.

I think from wed on will be clear.

I just got back from running down to Fort Morgan. It was nice to be able to put some good miles under her this weekend.

I made a short ride up to robertsdale sat. evening just to pick up some dinner from our local mexican restaurant, and got wet on the way back home. Decided it just wasn't worth it to go to the concert on the bike so I took the pathfinder.

In that area, yes, but my all time fav mexi place is down west beach in Gulf Shores, Taquilla's west!
