I took the Hypercharger off, it stuck out too far and didn't effect the performance any. I made a bracket and used a round K&N Universal Filter.I like it a lot better. Hypercharger For Sale Cheap. Found the Custom Deluxe on Craigslist.

No it's not a hardtail although I wouldn't mind a hardtail bobber for around town. Check out lowbrowcustoms, some nice rides.
