Mobile Speedway

It's raining sideways here I aint going no ware on a bike.

I checked thier website and it doesn't say if they have canceled or not.

Did I mention I hate this phone.

For those interested. I called Mobile Dragway and they are still on for tonight. They said it has stopped raining and they WILL be racing. Who's going?

Never mind. It has started to rain again in west mobile. I'm stayin home.

I think Ted is on his way home as well, he stopped by my work and was soaked!

Is Mobile a 1/8 or 1/4? If I don't sell my Shelby, I may put the HP stuff back on and see how fast we can make her go.. I was running 18 psi of boost

they say 1/8, I race there a decent amount, but you better be setup to hook up hard. track has a tendency to be a little loose, at least in my experience. I have a vid on here, if a bike cant wheelie out of the box what does that say for you

Well I made it home..dodging lighten and running for blue skys! I ran around it although it took me over an hour to get home!

It is actually just short of a true 1/8 mile.

600 foot track.
They do an estimated 660 feet (1/8th)
I didn't go it was raining.

bring track prep with you, anything heavy always seems to hook up pretty well after the 60 ft. mark lol
