Hear that. The Pensacola Pirate Fest got cancelled for today. There was at least 8 inches of floodwater.

Fingers crossed for tomorrow.

Had a nice wet ride home from work on Friday and I feel like I don't care for the weather predictions for next week either.

Looks like it may clear up a little today. Still a 60% chance of the wet stuff. I know we need some rain but this is about enough. bounce I'm ready to ride.

I guess I missed it, it wasn't that tropical storm that went thru. I got stuck in it somewhere up north, Fill my goggles up, eyes burning I bare mad it to the side of the road, took me twenty minutes to go a mile and a half. Had to get a room for the night. If I would have known I could have gone west and missed all of it.

I took off on the Softail to Pcola without thinking about the rain.....big mistake!! Got near the I-10 entrance off 90 and the sky fell out...rained so hard I could not see.....pulled in to a gas stattion and stayed there an hour hoping it would let up...did a little...just long enough for me to get back on the road and the it repeated itself....I gave up and just rode it on home in the pouring rain.....worst part......I just cleaned it Saturday from gettin rained on the week before!
