Next Weekend 3/31/12 and 4/1/12

Big weekend coming up with tons of stuff to do. Weather is looking very summer like and awesome. This is what we have planned so far:

Saturday 3/31/12 => Elberta Sausage Festival: This is a big local event that we go to every year. They have music and food and lots of local vendors. Not really a biker event but great Lower Alabama fun. We will probably ride over about mid morning or so and try to get there before noon. Got there late one time and the sausages were gone. A local school or church usually has a stand with red beans and rice (one of my favorites). There is also the beer garden. Any interest in riding down as a group or meeting up there, let me know.

Later on.....giving serious thought to going to the boat and yacht show at the wharf. It goes on all weekend. You can help me pick out the yacht to buy when I win that next multi-billion$$$$$ lottery!!!!

Sunday 4/1/12: The Mobile Vintage Bike show at Dauphin Island => This is a good event too. I kinda have to go there as I gave the guy running it so much crap about adding a sidecar category. Good ride out there. You can take I-10 or go to the end of Fort Morgan road and catch the ferry over. Either way, a great ride. I may go earlier this year and help set up and/or help the Dixie Abate group as they will have a table.

Sounds fun! I'm heading up to the Opp Rattlesnake Rodeo. Camping Saturday night and returning Sunday.

Hayweed and I plan on going to D.I.bike show any1 from mobile get with him for time and place to meet we can do a group ride there. Hope you can make it was lots of fun last time we went.

I'm going. Lets figure out a meeting point. I live west of Tillmans Corner. How about Wal Mart in Tillmans Corner or McDonald and Old Pascagoula. Thats a straight shot now to the Bayou. Or where ever?
