Re: Meet and greet
Nuthin sez ya have to ride to a meet and greet. I would be more than happy to drive my truck to it and limp my dumb ass to the bar.
Re: Meet and greet
Without the bike more beer time! otherwise limited in refreshments when riding..also can have a designated driver..the wife HA!HA!..

At least it would be fairly central.

See this the correct way of thinking!!!!...By the way where the hell is Tom's shop??....and can it happen when I am NOT on hitch??
Re: Meet and greet
Got Feet? When we going to meet, I need a notice, a text, some thing. I've been suffering from a severe case of "Headupmyass" which caused a mild case of "felsoryfomyass".
Keep me posted.

I haven't got a clue. A friend's band is playing at the crooked martini. Not sure if they serve food. Will have to check into it. Will post the date later. Can't remember at this moment.

Re: Meet and greet
I was hoping someone would chime in and pick a date, time and place. Not a huge deal! Come have a beer or soda pop or whatever. Stay an hour or two or 5 minutes and run. Totally non pressure type of thing. I like Big Daddy's in Fairhope as it is kinda of a biker/boater type place with booze, food and sometimes bands. And they have bike parking right in front.....I like that! But I was game to head across the Bay if needed. I just dont really know any good places over there except Burn Outs...which is a nice place too.
Another nice place a little further east is the Lillian Cafe off 98 in Lillian, AL. Very nice people, relaxed atmosphere, good food, etc. Downside for some is the gravel driveway and parking.
Hooters in Daphne is not bad and there are a few places there I havent been too.
Someone make a decision and post it! This would be a good weekend.
On a lighter side....one week post knee surgery....much of the pain has gone away. I am limping much better with a cane now. Hoping after Friday I can pull this ungodly leg brace off.....snuck out and drove my truck today....snuck out to the garage yesterday and sat on the Deuce Coupe.....just not sure if right now I can shift with just my toes...but things are lookin up! Ain't s*it keepin me down long!

I think the idea is to do something local. Some people work weekend days.
