I wish i can go, my battery has apparently died and the bike wont start now so if the battery is doing this I'm not going to try to charge it here at home and then ride up there and the battery totally give out on me and or stress out the alt and the charging system. Sad

I have been out of work all year until just here at the beginning of december and although i have started work at good time tours as their driver, im only working a few days a week until the turn of the year when things are to get busy for us all but until then i cant afford gas for my van much less a $180 battery for the bike. My local honda wants $180 and he has to order one so at any rate there is not a battery in pensacola for that matter but no funds i couldnt buy it. Im gonna go look in walmart to see what and how much for a battery that will fit but im not hopeful that i can afford one.

Awww man, I'm so sorry to hear that. Check with the Victory place over there...I got the battery for my HG there and was cheaper to buy and install at the Victory dealership. BUT...you can only do what you can do. Fingers crossed that your world rocks the right way soon.

Another good source for batteries is this:

They carry batteries for just about everything. I picked up a battery for an old BMW there a few years back when no one else had them and it was at a good price. They are over in Pcola right off 9 mile road (90).

Look up ard battery in robertsdale I believe. They have cheap batteries and will deliver most of the time. Good people and great prices. Shop local!!

Sorry to hear about those troubles! As far as the battery, I just dealt with that myself today. Harley wants 174.50... Harley Batteries are made by Deka.. I looked around and found Dueitts Battery on Springhill in Mobile for 104.50. Knowing my battery still had a little "warranty" left I stopped in at Mobile Harley and let them amuse me. They did by saying it had a dead cell and with the pro rated warranty my replacement was only 154.50. I laughed and told them I would do business with Dueitts for essentially the identical battery 109.00. and I did!!

When you do get funds together for a battery, or in the meantime look around for an independent battery dealer that handle the Deka brand of Battery. You will probably get a much better deal

I am planning to go to the Stagecoach in the morning. Up until about 2 hours ago I had other commitments, but that changed. I have a friend I am bringing with me and he has already asked to meet me in Spanish Fort so I am going to meet him and go up via 225. If I see anyone from here I will certainly introduce myself.
