Top riser plate

I'm looking for a top riser plate, plan Jane, nothing fancy, for 1" bars that will fit on my sportster. It's 3 1/2" centers and curved. I need on that does not include the idiot lights or the speedo. I thought about cutting my old on or finding an old one to cut. That's still an option. Any one have one they don't need or want to get rid of let me know. I put 3 1/2" risers with a 1" pulback or more, they were free, on my bike now my speedo is standing up. I'm already planning a light bracket and speedo bracket to match my light bracket that I'm still working on. I may have finally found something to clean it up with. Instead of cutting a bunch of little pieces I just filled in the gaps. It good just takes alot to clean up. Any way. I'm looking for a top plate
