Fred's Safety Tip of the year
When riding in a group, please remember to maintain a 2 second following distance, I just read about a 3 bike/5 car pile up in
kileen Tx cause when one bike rear ended another attempting to exit the freeway they were riding on.

Oh man, I always leave a healthy gap between me and any other vehicle... I'm with Weirdbeard, I'm guessing that didn't end well.

Re: Fred's Safety Tip of the year
just another reason why I dont like group rides and dont do SxS either ..
A friend in NJ , lost two of his riding budds a couple weeks ago , when they were hit head on by a drunk retired LEO ..
They were going to the viewing of another riding budd , who had just passed away

*grin* I can be from time to time....usually all by accident.
I'm a firm believer in the stagger line of riding. 2 sec gap min.
