tire recommendations

Time to replace my tires on the 1972 FLH, weight dry 723 pounds, currently have the Dunlop 402F 5.00/16 still have good thread and no cracks or splitting,but 6 years old. Looking for input from riders with bikes with similar in weight and all conditions riding, speed avg 60-70mph. Main concerns it wet traction,cornering, road noise...forget noise cannot hear over exhaust.

I like Avons for wet conditions, Get them at H & D. My little scooter skids easy with any tire, I have considered Pirrelles or Michelins

I guess maybe that is what happened, connection has been acting squirrley for a few weeks.....centurylink..the only game on my street.
